Hong Kong Joint-University Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner
October 4, 2025
As we mark the Mid-Autumn Festival on October 6, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Singapore was delighted to join the Hong Kong community here over the weekend for a joyful gathering.
We proudly sponsored and participated in the Hong Kong Joint-University Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner, which drew close to 270 participants — the largest in recent years! The evening of October 4 brought together Hong Kong alumni living in Singapore, Singaporeans who once studied in Hong Kong, and their families who came with children to celebrate this meaningful festival of reunion.
In his remarks, Director Mr Owin Fung shared updates on Hong Kong’s latest developments and key initiatives in the Chief Executive’s 2025 Policy Address, including the progress of the Northern Metropolis, as well as the opportunities for Hong Kong alumni and their next generation. He also extended heartfelt wishes to all for a happy Mid-Autumn Festival — may the full moon bring everyone warmth, happiness and connection across borders.
We also thank the organising committee for their thoughtful planning and seamless arrangements, which made the dinner a great success.
