Singapore ETO continues ongoing engagement with Hong Kong tertiary students
May 12 and 20, 2026
In May, Singapore ETO was pleased to continue its ongoing engagement with tertiary students from Hong Kong, welcoming two groups of over 50 students from diverse disciplines at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Metropolitan University who were visiting Singapore for overseas exchange and career exploration.
Our Director, Ms Elsa Hung, delivered insightful presentations on the role and work of the ETO, highlighting the strong economic, trade, and people-to-people ties between Hong Kong and ASEAN countries, as well as the region’s dynamic growth and opportunities.
Students participated actively in the Q&A sessions, demonstrating keen interest in regional economic trends, latest developments of the region, and the wide range of opportunities for businesses, investment, and global expansion.
Through these exchanges, we hope the students gained fresh perspectives, deepened their understanding of the region, and enriched their academic journeys—equipping and shaping them to become the next generation of leaders.
