Singapore ETO welcomes incoming visit from Hong Kong secondary students

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Singapore was delighted to welcome a group of 26 Hong Kong secondary students from the TWGHs Mr. & Mrs. Kwong Sik Kwan College (東華三院鄺錫坤伉儷中學) on April 1, as part of their overseas exchange programme to Singapore and Malaysia.
Our Director, Ms Elsa Hung, delivered an insightful presentation on the close economic and trade ties between Hong Kong and ASEAN countries, as well as the strong people-to-people connections between the regions. She also shared about the role and significance of the work of the HKETO.
During the session, students engaged in meaningful group discussions and interactive question-and-answer exchanges, with the aim of deepening their understanding of Hong Kong and countries of ASEAN.
The students participated with great enthusiasm, demonstrating strong knowledge, curiosity, and a keen interest in the region and its future. We hope that this exchange trip will broaden their horizons, and that their visit to our office will further enrich their knowledge and deepen their understanding of the region and our office.
